What Will I Learn?

This 50-hour theory component is combined with a 50-hour Work Study placement, where learners will be able to apply their knowledge in a hands-on environment.

All learners, parents, mentors and, where appropriate, school-based administrators are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our work placement policies.

Mandatory work placement at an approved welding shop
Students are responsible for any necessary workplace attire/materials (i.e. steel-toed work boots, coveralls, etc.)
