Course Description
Learners will examine the inner workings of the automobile with a focus on the drivetrain.
This 50 hour theory component is combined with a 50 hour work placement. The work placement component must be set up with the school Career and Work Exploration teacher and provides the learner with hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry. This is an advanced level course that requires learners to demonstrate practical skills in combination with automotive repair theory.
