Math 7

Course Description

Math 7 is a continuation of the Pearson Math Makes Sense program. The course builds on concepts and skills introduced in previous courses, as well as introducing new concepts and strategies including divisibility rules, operations with integers & fractions, linear equations, and central tendency. Through video, assignments, and online practice, students will explore mathematical concepts as well as strengthen their basic math literacy and skills.

Each unit will have a mid-unit assessment and an end unit assessment. Learners are expected to maintain a math journal in addition to their regular notes and assignments as they build their understanding of the concepts.
