Course Description
Math is a required area of study in Saskatchewan’s Core Curriculum. The aim of the curriculum is to prepare learners to value Math and appreciate its role in their life and society. The curriculum is intended to prepare learners to confidently use Mathematics in everyday situations by thinking, reasoning, and inquiring. Lesson plans include written instructions, instructional videos, handouts and assessment tools. Learners will be assessed in a variety of ways that include ongoing home assessment and regular submissions to the DLC teacher. We are flexible and through regular communication we are willing to support families to fit the learner's voice and choice.
