Course Description

Learners will develop consumer knowledge and personal skills with the goal of cooking healthy and nutritious meals. There will be several cooking labs in this course for you to explore quick and healthy meals, food preservation, and the basics of making homemade soups.

Learners will complete their Food Safe Level 1 course and have the opportunity to research and explore career options in the food industry.
