Learn More About Me

B.Sc(H) Biology’94, B.Ed(D) Middle Years’96.

I have 25 years of teaching experience, from Grades 3-12, and some adult education. My first teaching position was in the northern Dene community of La Loche. For the past 20 years, I have been with the Sun West School Division, now as an online educator with the DLC.

My home is solar-powered, I have a small cherry orchard, and I enjoy kite-skiing in the winter when there is enough snow and wind.

I enjoy working with students, both online and in person. My goal as a teacher is to leave the field of education in better shape than when I found it.
