Mental Wellness 30
My name is Elaina Guilmette and I teach Mental Wellness 30. I have a degree in Education, a Master’s in Curriculum Studies, and I recently earned my PhD in Curriculum Studies. All of my degrees were completed at the University of Saskatchewan in the College of Education. My Master’s research focused on inclusive education in Physical Education and my PhD research focused on well-being, emotional intelligence, and mentorship.
I teach because I enjoy interacting with others, discovering innovative ways individuals learn, and supporting students and staff in their wellness and self-care journey.
I was born and raised in Kenaston, SK. My husband Bryan and I have been married for 15 years and we have four beautiful children: Jaxon (10), Carson (8), Grace (7), and Holden (4).
I enjoy learning, swimming, traveling, dancing, organizing events, volunteering, coaching, and playing in our yard with our children. I also participate and teach yoga and mindfulness.
I look forward to working with you!
